Shye is a Professor of the Practice and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business, where he earned an MBA in international business. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), with a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Georgetown Institute for Transformational Leadership. A former airline captain, Shye holds a BS in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
